Detailing the 10 skills to be passed in each of the 10 levels. It also includes information on equipment, safety considerations, a summary of the scheme and the criteria of how each level becomes progressively more challenging, and a skills index showing in which levels each of the skills are covered

10 laminated cards which summarise the 10 skills for each level. The cards are used by the coaches as a handy reference tool whilst coaching on the scheme. The size makes it easy for them to be slipped into a pocket.
